I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice, featuring a king-size bed and a large LG wall TV. The staff was friendly and housekeeping did a great job keeping things clean, but customer service could really use improvement as it felt lacking. The location, while convenient, had its downsides with some not-so-great surroundings. Overall, I felt it was a decent value for the price but has some areas for improvement.
